Nawal is the Managing Partner of the Practice

Nawal is an accredited advisor and heads the small and medium-sized business services division. Nawal is also a registered migration agent and specialises in the provisions of migration services to non-residents either migrating temporarily or permanently to Australia.

She also practices in areas of business structures for asset protection, general taxation and business advice, capital gains tax, and GST.

Nawal plays a central role in many of her client’s businesses, and has an extensive portfolio of business and individual clients. She has worked with diverse clients including medical practitioners, developers, franchise groups, food and beverage processing, marketing and sales businesses, professional services, educators, child care, plumbing and electrical manufacturers, and numerous others.

Her depth of industry experience in public practice ensures that she assists her clients in growing their businesses from the early stages with a commitment to positive outcome and growth.

Provision of advice in relation to negative gearing on property and share acquisitions.

Being a significant contributor in assisting a large corporations in successfully transitioning through significant cash flow shortfalls.

Structuring and advice for a new developing national franchise groups accross Australia.

Assisting in successful applications for research and development tax concessions for large businesses throughout Australia.
